Happy Trails

It’s me with my mouth hanging open after jogging about 3 miles on the Monon Trail. Jogging was my Zen and happy time in the past because of the cardio, mental and breathing benefits.  Before the Corona Virus pandemic, I replaced jogging with Zumba. I love Zumba because I love to dance. I like the high intensity training component that Zumba adds to my exercise program. I workout almost everyday. The fitness center is closed but my Zumba instructors MariaCarmen and Oriana are very intelligent because they have managed to navigate technology to provide live streaming of our Zumba sessions. I really appreciate them and I know the rest of our Zumba tribe are lovin it. Until I can get back into the fitness center, part of my exercise program will be jogging the Monon Trail. I am making my best effort to avoid cabin fever. I am determined to stay physically and mentally fit. Thrive on !
